I know I said I wanted to come back to cold weather, but this is just a bit ridiculous, isn't it. When the temperature is below 0, and you are cold inside even when the heat is on, and there is no snow on the ground, there is something wrong with the picture.
There is one bonus though.
THE ELECTRIC BLANKET!!!
We put it on the bed this weekend, and have been luxuriating in its warmth ever since. Turn it on 5 minutes before bed, while you get ready, and hop in a nice, toasty bed. No more waiting 20 minutes to warm up.
Thanks Mom and Dad! The best Christmas present ever!!
